- Be One DentaQuest
- Deliver Excellence
- Advance Our Future
- Seize Your Opportunity
We encourage employees from across the company to volunteer and give back. Throughout the year, DentaQuest employees are involved with charitable organizations. Every October we celebrate “Mission Month.” In one month alone, our employees contribute over 2100 hours in volunteer service to a range of organizations. They serve in food kitchens, help to build homes for Habitat for Humanity tm, restore schools, and bring smiles to the faces of children and senior citizens.

DentaQuest University is our dynamic leadership development program. The program is a "mini-MBA style" program that focuses on growing the skills, knowledge, behaviors, and attributes necessary to maximize a leader's performance in our enterprise.
DentaQuest University is an eleven month program available to directors and above with real-life businesses cases, classroom learning, multimedia simulations, interaction with the Executive Leadership team and presentations to the Board of Directors. The course-work is complex and the demands challenging. And as a result, our students graduate with lessons in leadership that are practical, real and applicable to career advancement.
