My 3 yr old daughter fell and chipped her two front teeth last summer. Today I noticed the discoloration in her right front tooth was worse and there is a bump in the gum above it. does this signify an infection and a need to have the tooth pulled?

It is likely infection and the tooth may need to be removed, but hopefully can be saved by treating the pulp of the tooth.
