My toddler has two front top chipped teeth. A few weeks ago she fell and hurt her mouth and had a fat lip. I did not notice any chipped teeth then. Today out of the blue her front teeth are chipped and she did not fall. Could they have already been damaged from her fall early.Could she had chipped them while eating.

Most likely they were chipped when she fell and the fat lip hid them from you. If she avoids biting into a sandwich or something with the front teeth, then you should get to a dentist soon. If the chips are small and not bothering her, then you should make an appointment to have them smoothed off or filled.
