I slipped on the ice and hit the right side of my face where I had novacaine. the right side of my face was bruised including a black eye. I went for xrays and I do not have any broken bones.It's been 3 weeks and my cheek bone is very tender and there seems to be a small lump on it. could there be nerve damage?

It does not sound like it from these symptoms. If there is still numbness on the side of the face, then there might be nerve damage.
