my 16 year old son just pulled what looked like the tiniest tooth from where his wisdom tooth shoul come out. He has another one on the other side. could it be deformed wisdom teeth, when I say tiniest I mean tiny. Thanks

They usually don't come out that easily, but there are many deformed wisdom teeth like you have described. Your dentist could have seen this earlier and let you know what to expect.
