My 5 year old permanant teeth are growing behind her baby teeth...What should I do?

A five year old often has the lower front teeth erupt behind the baby teeth. If this is the case, have your child wiggle the baby teeth several times each day. If they wiggle more and more each day, then they should come out on their own. If the teeth do not get loose, then see your dentist.
