Welcome ADI dental plan providers and members to the DentaQuest family of oral health companies. We deliver quality dental benefits programs to more than 12 million members in 24 states and the District of Columbia.

You will not see any changes in our benefits programs or the way services are paid for. Members can continue to use their ADI participating dentist or choose a dentist from one of more than 1,300 dentists and dental specialists in ADI's Florida provider network.

Please do note that there is a new telephone number for customer service. Dentists will mail claims and paperwork to a new address.
