Notice regarding Mandatory Reporting:
Beginning July 1, 2016, Dental Providers are required to report mistreatment of At-Risk Adults with an Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD). “At-risk adult with IDD" means a person who is eighteen years of age or older and is a person with an intellectual and developmental disability, as defined in section 25.5-10-202 (26) (a), C.R.S.
