Tufts Health Plan Senior Care Options (SCO) is a nationally recognized health plan for individuals ages 65 or older who qualify for MassHealth Standard (Medicaid). To qualify, you must:
- be age 65 or older;
- be eligible for MassHealth Standard;
- be a Massachusetts resident living in the service area; and
- not be enrolled in any other comprehensive health insurance (except Medicare).
