DentaQuest partners with Iowa HHS to provide dental coverage through the Healthy & Well Kids in Iowa (HAWKI). Our goal is to support members and their families in maintaining good oral health. Below you will find key information about your plan.

Some services need approval before the dentist can perform them. This is called prior authorization. Services must be necessary in order for DentaQuest to pay for them.
