Appointment and timely access to care standards

Please schedule your patients within the timeframes outlined below

  • Emergency appointments: Immediately, 24/7
  • Urgent appointments: Within 48 hours
  • Routine appointments: Within 21 business days 
  • Preventive appointments: Within six weeks 
  • Initial appointments: Within eight weeks 
     

Claim Submission

You may submit your claims one of three ways:

  1. Clearinghouse: Payor ID BBMDQ
  2. Provider portal: Provider portal for electronic claims submission and eligibility verification for Blue Dental and Medicare Advantage members
  3. Paper Claims for Blue Dental and Medicare advantage can be mailed to:
    • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan
      Attn: Claims

Reciba pagos más rápido con el depósito directo

La transferencia electrónica de fondos (EFT), comúnmente conocida como depósito directo, es la forma más rápida, fácil y segura de recibir los pagos de sus reclamaciones. Después de enviar correctamente una reclamación, los fondos se depositarán dentro de los 3 días hábiles. Su comprobante de pago estará disponible en línea en el Portal Web para Proveedores y ya no se le enviará por correo.
