- Effective Immediately, Z98.818 is no longer required for BLE submissions
- FQHCs – Please be advised that DentaQuest has encountered a technical issue that is affecting claims submitted by FQHCs for dual-eligible members. This issue is preventing the creation of the corresponding Medicaid claims and as a result, you may have noticed a recoupment of payments relating to claims for dual-eligible members.
Our team is actively working to resolve this matter and implement a solution. We are conducting a thorough review of all dual FQHC claims to identify those that require the creation of a Medicaid claim and committed to ensuring that all claims are processed efficiently. Please be assured that there is no need for you to resubmit any claims for review at this time.
We will provide another update once the final solution is determined.
