Health First Colorado 

DentaQuest provides dental coverage to Medicaid-eligible members of Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid program), including children, pregnant women, parents and caretakers, people with developmental, intellectual, and physical disabilities, and adults.

All covered services are listed in the Member Handbook. Children can qualify for any medically necessary service through Early Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT).

Health First Colorado adult members have a $3,000 annual limit each benefit year (July 1 - June 30). Emergency treatment and dentures are not subject to the benefit limit.

Cover All Coloradans (CAC) 
Children ages 0-18 have an annual dental benefit limit of $1,100. Cover All Coloradans (CAC) dental benefits do not cover Orthodontics (braces). Pregnant and postpartum members do not have the $1,100 annual limit.

When you reach your annual dental benefit limit, additional dental services will not be covered until your benefit year resets. The benefit year is July 1 - June 30.

Medicaid members may only see in-network providers.
