DentaQuest provides dental coverage to eligible members of the following Oklahoma SoonerSelect plans:

• Oklahoma SoonerSelect - members under 21
  
• Oklahoma SoonerSelect - members ages 21 and older

Members can choose their Primary Care Dentist (PCD). If a Primary Care Dentist is not chosen, one will be selected for you.

When a SoonerSelect member needs care and cannot easily find an in-network provider, we will help plan care with an out-of-network provider. We will also make sure the cost to the member is no more than it would be for an in-network provider.
