DentaQuest is actively managing a recent cybersecurity incident involving unauthorized access to a limited portion of our network. As soon as we became aware of the incident, we took immediate action to secure the network.

We have completed a comprehensive assessment with leading, independent cybersecurity experts and continue to work with forensic data analysts to determine the extent of what information may have been compromised, and who may be affected. In parallel, we are making all the necessary regulatory filings.

We urge members to remain vigilant against targeted scams. DentaQuest will never contact you via text message, social media or email demanding payment, passwords or sensitive health information. If you receive suspicious outreach, please do not respond.

Once our analysis is complete, affected individuals will be notified with instructions on how to access support resources, including credit monitoring and related services.
