Update on Cybersecurity Incident

DentaQuest continues to actively investigate and manage a recent cybersecurity incident, and we are treating this situation with the utmost urgency. We are working closely with leading cybersecurity experts, forensic investigators, privacy specialists and law enforcement to quickly and carefully conduct an extensive forensic review to accurately determine the exact data and impacted individuals.

As we navigate this process, our priorities are completion of our investigation and communication. We continue to update clients and applicable regulators on a regular basis as the forensic analysis yields more specific findings.

Important Member Safety Alert: Because this is an active criminal investigation, we urge members to remain vigilant against targeted scams. DentaQuest will never contact you via text message, social media or email demanding payment, passwords or sensitive health information. If you receive suspicious outreach, please do not respond.

Once our investigation is complete, we will notify impacted individuals. We will also provide dedicated support resources, including credit monitoring, for those affected. We remain deeply committed to protecting the trust of our clients and members and will provide relevant updates as soon as they are available.
