No. You choose if you want to share your information. These options are available to you if you want them.
DentaQuest does not charge you to use any of these options. Some third party apps may charge fees.
Yes. Your information is shared using secure systems. Only approved information is exchanged between plans.
You control sharing through the Manage my Data section of the member portal. There are tabs available that allow you to change your sharing preferences at any time.
Yes. You can change your choice at any time. Just visit the member portal to update your sharing preferences.

California Health and Safety Code (H&S Code) § 130290 was enacted in 2021 and establishes the creation of the California Health and Human Services Data Exchange Framework (“Data Exchange Framework”), which requires certain data sharing among providers and other health care organizations.
ATTENTION: If you need help in your language, call DentaQuest member services. Aids and services for people with disabilities, like documents in braille and large print, are also available. These services are free of charge.
