Change Your Child's Dentist

Qualifying Medicaid and CHIP members must choose a Main Dentist. If you do not choose a Main Dentist one will be assigned to your child. If you are assigned a Main Dentist, you will be given their name and phone number. Your child's Main Dentist is responsible for their dental care. This is the dentist your child will see for regular checkups.
