- Teeth removal and other medically necessary treatments
What services are not covered?
- Services that are not needed for dental health
- Cosmetic dental care
- General anesthesia or intravenous/conscious sedation
- Orthodontia (braces)

Member Services Line may be closed on state-approved holidays. Automated System is available 24 hrs a day/7 days a week.
Dental Emergency: During normal business hours, call your child’s Main Dentist to find out how to get emergency services. If your child needs emergency dental services after the Main Dentist’s office has closed, call your CHIP medical health plan.
