For benefit information, EOBs and to download or print your ID card, please register on the group member portal.
- Click on the yellow “Get Started” button under “Ready to Register?”
- Click “I am a Health Exchange member or a member/subscriber of an employer-sponsored plan.”
- Use your social security number, date of birth and email address to register for the portal.
- You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provide and will need to click the link in that email to verify your registration.
To pay your premium, access benefit information, and to download or print your ID card, visit the individual member portal.
