For benefit information, EOBs and to download or print your ID card, please register on the group member portal.

  • Click on the yellow “Get Started” button under “Ready to Register?”
  • Click “I am a Health Exchange member or a member/subscriber of an employer-sponsored plan.”
  • Use your social security number, date of birth and email address to register for the portal.
  • You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provide and will need to click the link in that email to verify your registration.
