We are adhering to all requirements as follows in our Disaster Recovery Plan. As laid out by the Governor on Saturday, our process was triggered to comply with lifting requirements for service auths and claims should members have to evacuate. Given Milton will likely hit the central part of the State in the next day or so, most members have evacuated and are in areas where we have Medicare networks. We’ve placed notices on our websites to encourage members to stay up to date on what is occurring and how to obtain help as well as have been in contact with impacted providers. Over the coming weeks, DentaQuest will also work to help the community respond and clean up.
