Oral exams (every six months)
Dental x-rays (annually)
Teeth cleaning (every six months)
Fluoride (every 90 days)

Treatment

Fillings (annually)
Crowns (one per tooth every 60 months)
Root Canal (one per tooth per lifetime)
Extractions (teeth removal) (one per lifetime)
Periodontics (one per 24 months same quadrant)
Dentures (one per 84 months)
