Fillings - one every 24 months
Crowns - one per tooth every 60 months
Root Canal - one per tooth per lifetime
Extractions - one per lifetime 
Gingivectomy - once every 12 months
Dentures - one per tooth, per 96 months  
Implants - one per tooth, per lifetime
