Oral exams - once every six months
Dental cleanings - once every six months
Bitewing x-rays - three every 12 months
Fluoride - once every six months

Treatments

Fillings - one every 24 months
Crowns - one every 60 months
Dentures - one every 96 months
Extractions (tooth removal) - one per tooth, per lifetime
Root canals - one per tooth, per lifetime
Root canal re-treats - once per lifetime, per tooth
Gingivectomy - once every 12 months
