DentaQuest provides dental coverage to Medicaid-eligible adults and children in Wisconsin who are enrolled in the BadgerCare Plus and Medicaid SSI plans through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. 

BadgerCare Plus is a health insurance program in Wisconsin for pregnant women, children ages 19 and under and adults who meet certain income requirements. Plans include BadgerCare Plus Adults, BadgerCare Plus Children and BadgerCare Plus Childless Adults. Medicaid SSI is for Wisconsin residents who receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and offers extra support to adults with special health care needs or a disability.
