Do You Drink Bottled Water?

Why pay extra for something that doesn't help?

Drinking bottled water instead of tap water does not help your teeth.

That’s because most tap water includes fluoride to help keep teeth healthy. But many bottled waters do not have fluoride. Read the back label on the bottle to check.

Drinking water with fluoride while also using fluoride toothpaste or mouth rinses helps you prevent cavities. The fewer cavities you have, the more likely you are to keep your natural teeth.
