Important Documents and Links
We use the Florida Medicaid Preferred Drug List (PDL). The PDL is the list of drugs that a provider will use when prescribing medicine. A doctor can prescribe most of these medicines to a member without getting an approval from us. The PDL is updated frequently.
Continuation of Care Claims
Submit an ADA claim form with all services listed and include the keyword MCNACOC (exactly as shown, no spaces) in Box 35 or the electronic remarks section. Attach supporting documentation, including the member’s prior approval letter with the approved case fee. For payment inquiries, call (877) 468-5581.

Get Paid Faster with Direct Deposit
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) which is commonly referred to as direct deposit, is the fastest, easiest and safest way to receive your claim payments. After a claim is successfully submitted, funds will be deposited within 3 business days. Your remittance will be available online in the Provider Web Portal and no longer mailed to you.
How to Enroll: Click here to access the EFT form. Print out the form and fill it out and submit per the instructions on page 2 of the form.
