As DentaQuest’s most tenured employee, Bob Lynn has played a critical role in growing DentaQuest’s business and reputation in the health care industry for more than 20 years. In that time, he has cultivated a depth of expertise in developing government and commercial oral health programs that meet and exceed the goals and needs of clients.
As part of executive management at DentaQuest, Bob’s objective is to help develop cost-effective dental programs for clients that enhance the health outcomes of the members they serve. Bob’s responsibilities intersect with nearly every aspect of DentaQuest’s business, and he is charged with ensuring company-wide alignment with DentaQuest’s overall strategic goals.
Bob started his career in health care in 1988. He is intimately familiar with all market segments, including Medicaid, Medicare, dual eligibles, marketplace, commercial and vision. Bob has a strong track record of working closely with clients to develop the kinds of dental programs that best address their individual goals, challenges and strengths.
Bob is a graduate of Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance.
