Kamila Chytil

Kamila Chytil leads integrated operations for the administration of all dental and vision benefit solutions within the Sun Life Dental business, including DentaQuest. She also oversees information technology, client engagement, marketing and customer experience for DentaQuest.

Kamila brings more than 20 years of leadership in financial services to the health benefits industry and a deep understanding of how to create consistent digital experiences for consumers with any brand. She leads the company’s ongoing focus on digital solutions to optimize dental benefits administration, client value, and member and provider engagement.

Before joining DentaQuest, Kamila served as COO at MoneyGram International in Dallas, where she oversaw global servicing, information technology, marketing, corporate strategy and the digital business segment. Prior to MoneyGram, Kamila held lead roles at FIS in risk management, analytics and operations.

Kamila serves as an independent director for Synchrony (SYF), a premier consumer financial services company. She has received the Diversity Journal Women Worth Watching in Leadership award and was recognized in Top 25 Women in Payments by Payment Source. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Finance from the University of Tampa.
