Kamila Chytil

Kamila Chytil is the executive vice president and chief operating officer (COO) for DentaQuest, where she leads operations, information technology, marketing and client engagement. Kamila brings years of leadership in financial services to the health insurance industry. She has a deep understanding of the technology and user experience that consumers expect and is leading DentaQuest’s transformation to optimize digital, operational and technology services. As COO, Kamila is reimagining a new path for the DentaQuest patient, provider and client experience while advancing the company’s long-term approach to ensuring all areas of the business can continue thriving in a hybrid environment.

Before joining DentaQuest, Kamila served as COO at MoneyGram International in Dallas, where she oversaw global servicing, information technology, marketing, corporate strategy and the digital business segment. Prior to MoneyGram, Kamila held lead roles at FIS in risk management, analytics and operations.

Kamila serves as an independent director for Synchrony (SYF), a premier consumer financial services company. As a leader in digital transformation, she has been featured in Forbes, American Banker, the Wharton Business Daily podcast and other media outlets. Kamila’s professional awards include Diversity Journal Women Worth Watching in Leadership, and Top 25 Women in Payments by Payment Source. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Finance from the University of Tampa.
