Ingredients
- 1 (5.3-oz.) container low-fat vanilla strained (Greek-style) yogurt
- 2 teaspoons natural peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
- Chopped unsalted peanuts for garnish (optional)
- Flaky sea salt for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Mix yogurt and peanut butter together in the yogurt container or a small bowl.
- Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is melted and smooth (about 45 to 60 seconds total).
- Pour over the yogurt mixture and spread evenly to cover.
- Garnish with peanuts and/or salt, if desired.
- Freeze for 10 minutes or refrigerate for 30 minutes, until the chocolate is set.
