Jennifer Agnello, RHU, Brings Deep Experience and Local Community Relationships
The Dental Care Plus Group (DCPG), a DentaQuest company, announced today that Jennifer Agnello, RHU, CBC, has joined the company as its new vice president, commercial market. As a trusted insurance professional with many ties to the Cincinnati community, Agnello brings her passion for driving business growth with a focus on customer service, operational excellence and innovation to DCPG in Ohio.
In her new role as market executive, Agnello drives strategic business initiatives for DCPG’s commercial dental insurance business. She leads a local and regional team dedicated to delivering improvements to the broker, provider and member experience through key investments in technology, customer service and communication.

Agnello joins DCPG from Cornerstone Broker Insurance Services, Inc./ARC Benefit Solutions, of Cincinnati where she served as president. In this position, she was a financial and operational executive overseeing the creation, implementation and execution of all strategic initiatives. In addition, she led the planning and development of successful business models and oversight of organization-wide advancement. Throughout her career, Agnello has dedicated herself to mentorship, education and improving the insurance experience for those she serves.

Agnello attended Northern Kentucky University, and her extensive training includes completion of the Executive Leadership Program offered through the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned her Certificate of Business Excellence. She holds both Certified Benefit Consultant and Registered Health Underwriter designations.
